For many years, I believed that food was only something we eat to fill our stomach.
Today, I believe something very different.
Food became an important part of my journey toward better health.
This belief did not come from reading books. It came from my own life.
When I was studying at Chittagong University, I was often sick. Every three months I needed antibiotics because of my tonsil infection. I suffered from severe abdominal pain and was admitted to the hospital several times. Once, the doctors even prepared me for surgery.
At that moment, I decided to take another path. I refused the operation and started looking for a healthier, more natural way of living.
That decision changed my life.
In 2018, I visited Chennai, India. During that visit, I learned about a simple but powerful message:
“Let’s Make Food Our Medicine.”
I saw how people carefully chose their food, how they lived with discipline, and how health was part of their daily life—not just something to think about after getting sick.
That visit inspired me deeply.
From then on, I started asking simple questions before eating.
• Where does this fish come from?
• Which river or pond was it caught in?
• Where did this meat come from?
• What was the animal fed?
• Is this food really safe for my family?
At the same time, I started regular weight training. I learned nutrition from some of the country’s best fitness and nutrition trainers. Later, I had the opportunity to visit Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and China to learn more about food, nutrition, fitness, and healthy living.
Slowly, my life changed.
I became stronger.
I became healthier.
Most importantly, I found myself relying less on medication than before, alongside healthier daily habits.
Alhamdulillah.
That is when I realized something important.
Safe food alone is not enough.
Safe food, regular exercise, balanced nutrition, good sleep, and discipline—together they can transform a person’s life.
This journey also changed my work.
I don’t just sell food anymore.
I try to share what changed my own life.
Many customers visit our stores not only to buy products but also to talk about nutrition, health, and healthy living. I simply share my own experience. Nothing more.
Some of them later come back and tell me,
“Your advice helped me.”
Those words make me happier than any business success.
To encourage a healthier lifestyle, we also partnered with different gyms and fitness centers through Best Plaza, so our customers can enjoy special discounts and become healthier together.
I still write about nutrition and healthy living because I believe knowledge becomes valuable only when it is shared.
I don’t claim to know everything.
I only share what worked for me.
My journey started with illness.
Today, it continues with gratitude.
I first became an ambassador of safe food because I believed in it.
Now, I am a believer, because I have lived it.
If my story can inspire even one person to eat better, train regularly, sleep well, and build healthier daily habits, then every step of this journey has been worthwhile.
My food became an important part of my journey.
And perhaps, one day, yours can too.
